I Wonder...

-When I am talking to God, is he busy thinking about what He will say next to me? I do it.
-When I am listening to God, am I also looking around me, making a “to-do” list of everything I see? I think He may pause from making His to-do list –and listens– when I sit long enough to talk with Him.
-When I am waiting on God, do I get frustrated with “why’s” and “how’s”? Can’t imagine Him doing that.
-When I go to ask God about something, is He the second, third, or first-stop?
-When I am doing everything but what God has told me to do, do I get ticked when things fall apart?
-When God does something through me, am I amazed, or do I take the credit?
Just wondering….

This reminds me, I really love those times where I am patient enough to sit and listen. Seems like too long since I have experienced that joy. Thanks for the reminder.

Great questions... sometimes asking questions is far more helpful than finding the answers.
